I’m a somewhat recent college grad working in corporate America, eating vegan, and putzing my way around New York City.
My vegan journey started in January of 2016. Before being vegan, I had been toiling over the consequences of my eating habits as I learned more about the animal agriculture industry. Should I be reducetarian? Eat meat only once a day? Observe Meatless Mondays? Well, I made the full plunge that January, from omnivore to vegan, and I have not looked back.
